Any returned items must be clearly labelled with the corresponding order number, and the reason for the return. Damaged items must be labelled accurately.
Damaged items may be returned as long as we are notified ASAP, and no longer than 20 days after delivery. If we still have the same style in stock, a replacement may be sent with your next order, but if not, you can choose between receiving store credit, or a refund.
Depending on the payment method, refunds can take between 1-5 working days to clear.

The postage costs for returned items that are not damaged are the responsibility of the customer. Undamaged items can only be exchanged for store credit.
If damaged items are being returned from multiple orders, each individual item has to have the corresponding order number referenced, as this speeds up the return process.
Most of Purplish dresses are coming with sizes per pack, and we do not accept any returning items if there is missing sizes in the pack.
We do not accept any sizing problem or any other inadequate reason for returning unless there is error from order on us. If there is any enquiry please contact with us before placing order.
